Team Jack Attack

For the second year in a row we have walked in the JDRF walk at Bicentennial Park. The weather was perfect again this year and the time spent with our friends is always great! An added benefit is the Farmer's Market is just feet away and stocked with yummy fruits and veggies, beautiful mums, and massive pumpkins!

We walk for Jackson, the son of one of our friends from church. The walk is done every year, at the end of September, to help raise money to help find a cure for diabetes.  

 There are always fun games and activities for the kids set up on the green. Bounce houses, balloon artists, face painting, and hula hooping!

 Emory got tired of walking.

 Jessica managed to get out of the actual walking. (something about having to pee--can't imagine why?) If you look closely the balloon puppy in her hand has a balloon baby!
