Riley is One Month

Well technically she's almost 2 months old but better late than never on the post! I don't really have a lot of free time on my hands right now and when I do, blogging is the furthest thing from my mind. But right now it is 8 minutes til 1am and Riley has been up since 9:30pm, eaten twice, and is still bright eyed and bushy tailed. So I thought why not be productive and blog (and pay bills).

9lbs 6.5oz, 21.25 inches

Don't let all that cuteness fool you. This one is a hand full!! So when she was 2 weeks old she weighed 7lbs 7.5oz and at birth she was 19.5 inches (later 19.25 at the doctor's office). Riley is my only child that took the allotted 2 weeks to get back to birth weight (7lbs 8oz) but in another 2 week time period she managed to gain 2 pounds and in a month grew 2 inches. I will be anxious to see how she paces with her sister who was an entire pound heavier at birth!
