So I'm a little late in posting this but better late than never...Gavin turned 3 months old on Sunday. Seriously, where has the time gone?!?! He is growing up so fast! So here are the stats...now keep in mind these were on our scale and my measurement for length, not the doctor office...
Weight: 16 pounds 8 ounces (his birth weight was 8lbs 1oz)
Length: 26 1/4 inches
Now if I plot them on the growth scale they are both off the charts! Eesh!
-He eats every 2-3 hours during the day.
-He still LOVES his hands and they are in his mouth frequently.
-He is wearing 6 month clothing but it's starting to get a little snug.
-I put him in a size 3 diaper the other day because we were out of 2's and it fit...so now we are officially in a 3. So he wore newborns for a week, size 1 for 5 weeks, and size 2 for 6 weeks. Emory never made it out of a size 4!
-The Monday before Labor day he slept until 6am and now he sleeps from 10ish at night until 6:30/7 in the morning, eats then goes back to sleep until 8:30/9 pretty consistently. I'm starting to feel like a real person. At least in the sleep department. Getting a shower daily usually happens but drying my hair and putting on makeup happens maybe twice a week, usually on the weekend when Chase is home!
-Naps are a different story. We haven't established a routine just yet. We are close, but right now he will sleep for 45 minutes to an hour during the 3 hours between feedings. Sometimes in the afternoon he will sleep longer.
-He loves Emory and is thoroughly entertained by her!
We are SO in love and love watching our big boy grow and discover new things everyday!
