With every admission at the hospital we ask the families a series of questions. One of the questions is "Does the patient have any bedtime routines?" Tonight I asked that question to my patient's mother and smiled because now I really understand the question. Emory has always been a great sleeper but this week she has started insisting she ride on her daddy's back like a horse! It is the cutest thing and it makes us laugh every time!!

that is the sweetest thing ever! jay likes to do that with both girls, but i gotta be honest, it scares the bejeezus out of me when they get to close to the coffee table. luckily, he is good at catching them. em rides like a pro though.
oh, and when she nosedived into her crib my heart swelled up. SOO sweet!!
