So it's been a while since I've posted anything, but does that surprise anyone?! Back in March Jessica and Laura were able to make the trek to Goldsboro and spend a few days with us! It was so wonderful having friends visit! It's a LONG drive so they had to make the most of their visit and were able to stay a few days. The downside to living so far away from friends: we have to plan way in advance to see each other, no more spontaneous trips just for the weekend. The upside to living so far away: they get to stay longer!! (some might consider that a downside too!)
While Wes and Jessica were here we drove to New Bern, NC, which is about 45 minutes east and spent the day walking around and enjoying the beautiful Spring weather.

Sunday, Wes flew home and Laura flew here! I didn't get any pictures with them just enjoyed all the time I could while they visited! One of the greatest things about their visit was it made our spring break trip to Nashville seem all that closer!!
